"I was surprised by my willingness to participate. I noticed I have a load of pent-up creativity...I moved my work out of my mind and into the world.

I was motivated to share my little poem with a complete stranger, well almost complete as she was a service provider, but I opened my envelope and shared. The lady read it on the spot and we enjoyed a lovely exchange."
